Belly breathing, also known as diaphragmatic breathing, is a deep breathing technique that activates the parasympathetic nervous system. This technique involves utilizing the diaphragm and intercostal muscles; the 2 main muscles responsible for breathing,
to expand and contract the lungs. Taking long slow deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. The focus should be on expanding the belly rather than the chest, this triggers a relaxation response within the body which activates the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for promoting a state of rest and repair. Belly breathing aids in reducing stress, anxiety, and promoting feelings of calmness and relaxation. It also helps to regulate heart rate, blood pressure, and digestion, providing numerous physical and mental health benefits. Overall, belly breathing serves as a powerful tool in managing stress and enhancing overall well-being.
I am truly blessed to have had numerous extraordinary experiences with my clients. Each encounter feels like an enchanting miracle, leaving me humbled and grateful. It is important to note that I am merely a conduit for the forces at work, following their instructions while engaging in deep, intentional breathing sessions, as breathing holds significant importance in all aspects of our lives. Through proper and purposeful breathing, we can fully embrace the wonders and challenges life presents.
During these experiences, I remain open to receiving communication and guidance from my higher Self, the universe, and divine beings. The immense gratitude I feel for each instance cannot be adequately expressed.
It’s important to note that although some individuals may experience positive effects from Diaphragmic Breathing, it should not be considered a substitute for medical treatment. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional for any medical concerns or conditions.
