My experience with Arabella has been truly transformative. I went to her feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and spiritually disconnected, unsure of how to regain a sense of balance. After my sessions, I began to feel noticeably lighter, more in control of my emotions, and better able to manage fear. She guided me in learning how to breathe properly, which alone made a huge difference in calming my mind and body. I can’t fully explain what she did, but it has genuinely changed my life. I truly believe she has a gift for healing, she even helped relieve the pain and tension I had been carrying in my neck. What amazed me most was how she instantly recognized the heavy feeling of anxiety I carried in my chest without me saying much. Since seeing Arabella, I’ve found myself handling situations with a sense of calm rather than panic, and that shift has meant everything to me.
