I was invited along by Arabella for the alchemist clinics group session and had no idea what to expect.

On arrival I had feelings of nervous excitement for the session itself and in my personal life I was feeling stressed, anxious and my mind was very busy. I needn’t have been worried about the session. 8 wonderful ladies coming together to share their own individual energy and each taking our own time to heal with positivity and kindness was nothing short of empowering.

Arabella used a variety of techniques within the session, each handled with sensitivity and professionalism that left me feeling completely at ease. I had the privilege of sitting in the centre of the circle with all 7 other women working on my intention, the love and energy that radiated in this moment will stay with me for some time.

The session left me feeling at peace and able to take on life’s struggles with a renewed sense of confidence.

I would highly recommend this group session, whether you know the people within your group or are complete strangers you will find something that speaks to you and your personal goals, leaving you feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated. Alice Latham
